Refund policy

At 3D Print Playground, all items are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or ordering errors.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at 3dprintplayground1@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a reprint or refund at our discretion.
